Choosing between Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot for your team?
The plan is the easy part. Getting a team to use it well — and safely — is the work. We run a full-day, hands-on AI training for Australian teams covering all three, and we set up the business accounts, sign-in and usage policy that go with them.

How much does Claude cost in Australia?
As checked on 1 October 2026, including GST: Pro is A$34 a month or A$340 a year. Max is A$170 (5x) or A$340 (20x) a month. Team Standard seats are A$43 a month, or A$408 a year on annual billing; Premium seats are A$213 a month, or A$2,040 a year. Enterprise is US$20 per seat a month billed annually, plus usage.
Do the Australian prices include GST?
Yes for Pro, Max and Team bought on the web — Anthropic bills Australians in Australian dollars and its pricing page says prices include 10% GST. Enterprise is quoted in US dollars and the API is billed in US dollars.
Does Claude use my conversations to train its models?
On Free, Pro and Max, it may — unless you opt out with the Help improve Claude setting under Settings › Privacy. On Team, Enterprise and the API, your data is not used for training by default.
Is Claude data stored in Australia?
No. Anthropic says data from the Claude apps and its own API is stored in the United States, though requests may be processed in several regions including Australia. No Claude plan offers Australian data residency. The in-country route is Claude through Amazon Bedrock in Sydney and Melbourne — a developer service, not the Claude app.
More detail above.
What’s the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro is personal: one person, nobody administering it, and the training setting is that person’s to manage. Team is a shared workspace for 2 to 150 people with central billing, an administrator, single sign-on and no training on your data by default. On annual billing a Team Standard seat works out to A$34 a month — the same as Pro’s monthly price.
Does Claude Pro include Claude Code?
Yes. Claude Code is included in every paid plan — Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise — but not Free. It draws on the same usage allowance as ordinary chat, so heavy programming use is the usual reason people move to Max or a Premium seat.
