Outside Sydney, we’ll fly anywhere in Australia, New Zealand or internationally, with travel quoted with your booking. See how the workshops run.
Custom enterprise training - custom materials, train-the-trainer and staff training at your sites Australia-wide - is priced in two parts. Delivery is a day rate, from $4,000 + GST a day ($4,400 incl. GST), which also covers in-house delivery of training materials you already have. Program design is billed at the standard $160/hr inc GST, or as a fixed fee once the scope of the job is known. See custom enterprise training.

Why hourly - and not fixed packages?
Most web design “packages” are designed for the agency, not for you. They lock you into a scope that’s either too much (you pay for things you don’t need) or too little (every change becomes a paid extra).
Hourly billing is fairer for both of us:
- You only pay for what gets done. A two-page site costs less than a ten-page one. A complex feature costs more than a simple one. Time = cost.
- Scope can flex. Half-way through, you change your mind about a section? No drama. The clock keeps ticking fairly - you only pay for the hours that change actually needs.
- You see the trade-offs. “Do you want this polished button animation? It’s about 30 minutes.” You decide what’s worth it.
This is the real world: we can’t honestly promise a fixed hour tally before we’ve opened the bonnet. What we do promise is transparent rates, time tracked to the minute, and a straight conversation if something looks like it’s heading somewhere expensive - never a gotcha on the invoice.
What affects hours & cost
The honest list of cost drivers
So you can decide what to keep tight and what to splash out on.
Number of pages / sections
A landing page costs less than a 10-page brochure site, which costs less than a site with a blog, portfolio, and bookings.
Custom design vs template
Working from a template is faster (cheaper) but less unique. Custom design takes longer but matches your brand exactly.
Content readiness
If you provide finished copy and photos, we move quickly. If we need to write, source, or produce it, that’s extra time.
Functionality
A contact form is quick. Online bookings, payments, member logins, or e-commerce add real (but predictable) hours.
Integrations
Hooking your site up to MailChimp, Xero, a CRM, or a booking system: typically 1–3 hours per integration.
Revisions & iteration
A clear brief and decisive feedback keeps things efficient. Lots of rounds of changes naturally take more time.
Pass-through costs
Roughly what to budget for the “non-time” bits
Indicative third-party pricing only - we confirm current supplier figures before you commit.
