First call
A 30-minute call. We listen, ask questions, and make sure we’re a good fit before we start.

Rates & go-ahead
We agree which hourly rate applies (standard or RUSH for genuinely urgent work) and what you want tackled first. There’s no fixed-price quote before we start - real work takes as long as it takes, and you pay for the time it actually uses.

The work
Regular progress updates. If we hit something unexpected, we tell you immediately - never after the bill.

Handover & care
Everything documented properly. Optional ongoing care plan if you want a reliable safety net.
