Two formats

Half a day or a full day. Both hands-on.

Every workshop runs the same way: a short demonstration, then your team does it themselves, on examples drawn from their own work.

Half-day workshop

Half day a morning or an afternoon

One tool, one focused group session. The quickest way to take a whole team from curious to capable.

  • Hands-on group workshop in Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT
  • Prompting that works, practised on your team’s own tasks
  • Safe use: what to paste, what not to, and how to check the output
  • Prompts and habits people can use the next morning
  • A certificate, a copy of the presentation and take-home notes for everyone

$2,500 + GST ($2,750 incl. GST) for your whole team of up to 25 people, not per person.

Full-day workshop

Full day with small-group coaching

  • A discovery call beforehand, to tailor the day
  • Hands-on group workshop built around your real work
  • Small-group work on your team’s own tasks, in their own tools, with us guiding and helping each group
  • One tool in depth, or two side by side
  • A certificate, a copy of the presentation and take-home notes for everyone

$4,000 + GST ($4,400 incl. GST) for your whole team of up to 25 people, not per person.

Large audiences

Presenting to hundreds, or thousands?

We also deliver AI presentations for much bigger rooms - conferences, all-staff days and industry events, for audiences of hundreds or thousands of people. The same practical, plain-English approach, scaled up.

Nowhere in the office? We can run it in a hotel conference room in the city. Venue quoted separately.

Not in Sydney? We’ll fly anywhere in Australia, New Zealand or internationally. Travel quoted with your booking.

Three tools

Train on the tool your team actually uses.

Each workshop is run in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT, whichever your business has chosen. Haven’t chosen yet? We’ll help you decide before the day.

Microsoft 365 Copilot

For teams already working in Microsoft 365. Copilot inside Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, on the documents, spreadsheets and inboxes your team already has.

Claude

Anthropic’s assistant, at its best on long documents, nuance and careful review. Includes Claude Cowork for working across your own files.

Long documents Careful review Claude Cowork

ChatGPT

OpenAI’s assistant for drafting, research and everyday workflows. A strong all-rounder, and the one most people have already tried.

AI showcase

What’s possible now: a playable game, built with AI in a day.

Dead Air: Coolabah Crossing is a free browser game on our site. You scavenge an abandoned outback town for radio parts, craft inventions and get the old relay transmitter back on air.

We described the game we wanted in plain English. Claude wrote it, built a bot to playtest it, and fixed what came back from three rounds of playtesting. Every picture, map and sound in it is made by code, with no game engine and no art files. Level 1 was built and playtested in a single day.

Your team won’t be building games at work. The skill is the same one we teach in the workshop: say clearly what you want, check what comes back, and keep going until it’s right.

Who it’s for

Teams who keep hearing about AI and want to actually use it at work - from department rollouts to company-wide literacy.

What we cover

  • The honest landscape: what AI is good at today, and what it isn’t
  • Hands-on prompting: writing, summarising, brainstorming, drafting emails and proposals
  • Working with your own files (PDFs, spreadsheets, documents)
  • Getting the best from your chosen tool: Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT
  • Privacy & safety: what’s safe to paste, what isn’t, and why
  • Spotting AI hallucinations and fact-checking outputs
  • Building a simple, practical AI usage policy for your team
  • Identifying 3–5 specific time-saving workflows for your business

What a full day includes

Discovery call

A short call beforehand to tailor the day to your team, your tools, and the jobs quietly eating your time - included in the price.

Group workshop

Hands-on and built around your real work - not generic slides - getting your whole team moving in the same direction.

Small-group coaching

After the group session, your team works in small groups on their own tasks, in their own tools, while we move between the groups to guide, help and keep things moving - this is what makes it stick.

A half day is the group workshop on its own, focused on one tool.

Before the day

What will we need from you?

A few answers before the day, so the workshop fits your team, and a couple of practical things on the day.

Your current AI setup

Copilot only? Copilot with Cowork? Claude or ChatGPT? Tell us what your team has today, even if the answer is nothing yet.

Where you want to take it

Are you looking to get better at what you already have, to change over, or to use other AI tools alongside it for specialist tasks - image and video generation, for example?

Your team and your dates

How many people are coming, and roughly when. Each workshop price covers a team of up to 25.

The jobs eating your time

A few real tasks your team does every week. We build the examples around them, so people practise on work they recognise.

A laptop and a login each

Everyone needs a laptop and a login for the tool being covered. We confirm the details with you beforehand.

Somewhere to run it

A room at your office. Nowhere in the office? We can run it in a hotel conference room in the city, with the venue quoted separately.

Don’t have all the answers yet? Don’t stress too much - get in contact and we’ll work it out.

FAQ

Common questions about the workshops

Price and format

How much does an AI workshop cost?
A half-day AI workshop with Digital Greenhouse is $2,500 + GST ($2,750 incl. GST) and a full day is $4,000 + GST ($4,400 incl. GST). Each is one fixed price for your whole team of up to 25 people, not per person. The full day adds a discovery call and facilitated small-group work. Presentations for large audiences are priced per event.
Half day or full day - which should we choose?
A half day suits a team that wants everyone started on one tool in a single focused session. A full day goes deeper: it adds a pre-workshop discovery call and facilitated small-group work on your team’s own tasks, and leaves room to cover two tools side by side. If you’re not sure, tell us about your team and we’ll recommend one.
What is included in a full-day AI workshop?
Three things: a discovery call beforehand to tailor the day to your team and tools, a hands-on group workshop built around your real work, and facilitated small-group work on your team’s own tasks. The day can cover one tool in depth or two side by side.
How many people can attend?
Each workshop price, half day or full day, covers your whole team of up to 25 people. If you need to reach far more people than that - hundreds or thousands at a conference, an all-staff day or an industry event - we also deliver large-audience presentations. Those are priced per event; contact us for pricing.
What will our team learn in an AI workshop?
What AI is good at today and what it isn’t. Hands-on prompting for writing, summarising, brainstorming, and drafting emails and proposals. Working with your own PDFs, spreadsheets and documents. What is safe to paste into an AI tool, and how to spot hallucinations and check the output. We also identify three to five time-saving workflows specific to your business.
What does our team walk away with?
Everyone gets a certificate, a copy of the presentation and take-home notes. They also leave with prompts and habits they can use the next morning, three to five time-saving workflows identified for your business, and a clear view of what is safe to put into an AI tool. We can also provide a practical AI usage policy template, tailored to your business.
Do attendees get a certificate?
Yes. Everyone who attends gets a certificate, along with a copy of the presentation and take-home notes to keep.
How interactive is it?
Very. Each topic is a short demonstration followed by hands-on practice, so people spend most of the session using the tool themselves rather than watching slides. Everyone needs a laptop and a login for the tool being covered; we confirm that with you beforehand.

Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT

Which tool should we pick - Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT?
Honest answer: it depends on your existing stack. If you’re already deep in Microsoft apps with Copilot licensed, that’s often the path of least resistance. If you want the most capable general assistants regardless of stack, we usually recommend OpenAI (ChatGPT) or Anthropic (Claude). If you haven’t chosen yet, we’ll talk it through before the workshop.
Can one workshop cover more than one tool?
Yes. A full day has room for two tools side by side - Claude and Copilot is a common pairing - so your team learns which one to reach for, and when. A half day works best focused on a single tool.
Do you run Microsoft 365 Copilot training?
Yes. Our Copilot workshops are for teams already working in Microsoft 365. Your team practises with Copilot inside Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, on the kinds of documents, spreadsheets and inboxes they already have. Available as a half day or a full day.
Do you run Claude training for teams?
Yes. We run hands-on workshops in Claude, Anthropic’s AI assistant, which is at its best on long documents, nuance and careful review. The workshop includes Claude Cowork for working across your own files. Available as a half day or a full day.
Do you run ChatGPT training for staff?
Yes. Our ChatGPT workshops cover drafting, research and everyday workflows in OpenAI’s assistant, a strong all-rounder and the one most people have already tried. Your team leaves with prompts and habits they can use the next morning.
Do we need paid AI licences before the workshop?
Everyone needs a laptop and a login for the tool being covered. Which plan suits your team depends on the tool and how you will use it, and we confirm that with you beforehand. Our plan guides set out the current Australian plans and prices for Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT.

Where and how it runs

Does onsite mean you come to our office?
Yes — onsite means we come to you. The workshop — and for a full day, the small-group work — happens at your own office, at your own desks, anywhere in Greater Sydney. If you’d rather not host it, we can run it remotely over Teams/Zoom instead. Onsite has slightly higher travel cost; we confirm that figure with you before locking it in.
What if there is nowhere in our office to run it?
We can run the workshop in a hotel conference room in the city instead. The venue is quoted separately.
Can you run the AI workshop online?
Yes. Workshops normally run onsite at your office, but if you would rather not host we can deliver the workshop remotely over Teams or Zoom.
Do you run AI workshops in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Auckland?
Yes. Digital Greenhouse is based in Sydney, and we’ll fly anywhere in Australia, New Zealand or internationally to run a workshop or a presentation. Outside Sydney, travel is quoted with your booking.
Do you present on AI at conferences and all-staff events?
Yes. Alongside team workshops, Digital Greenhouse delivers AI presentations for audiences of hundreds or thousands of people, at conferences, all-staff days and industry events. It is the same practical, plain-English approach, scaled up. Presentations are priced per event; contact us for pricing.
How do we book an AI workshop?
Tell us your team size, which tool (Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT) and rough dates through the contact page. We reply within one business day and start with a 30-minute call to understand what you need.

Your team and your data

Who runs the workshops?
You work directly with the person delivering the workshop: John Walsh-Green, founder of Digital Greenhouse, who uses these tools every day for real client work. Digital Greenhouse has been trading in Sydney since 2011.
Do my team need to be technical?
No. The whole point is to make this stuff approachable for normal business users. If they can use email, they can use the tools we cover.
Our team has mixed experience with AI. Will that work?
Yes. No technical background is needed, and everyone practises on their own tasks. A full day suits a mixed group best: after the group session, small groups work through their own tasks while we help each person at their own level.
Is the workshop tailored to our business and industry?
Yes. Each session is built around your team’s work, with examples they will recognise rather than generic slides. Before the day we talk through your team, your tool and the jobs taking up the most time. For a full day, that is a discovery call.
Will you use my real data in the workshop?
We use realistic examples that map to your business, but we’ll never paste sensitive customer data into a public AI tool during training. We’ll show you the safe ways to do it for real work.
Is it safe to use AI tools with company information?
It depends on the tool, the plan and what you paste in. Every workshop covers what is safe to paste, what isn’t and why, and we never put sensitive customer data into a public AI tool during training. Our plan guides for Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT list each tool’s training defaults and data-residency options in Australia.
Do you write AI policies?
Yes. We provide a practical starter template and tailor it to your business. You don’t need a 30-page document - you need one your team will actually read.
What is the difference between an AI workshop and custom enterprise training?
An AI workshop is a set format at a published price: a half day or a full day in Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT. Custom enterprise training is built to order: training materials written around your own systems and procedures, then delivered to your trainers or your staff at your sites Australia-wide.
